Where can I view past and present developments?
You can check out our Communities Homepage to view floor plans, site maps of available homes, and photos and video from all our current communities. We have open houses on Saturday and Sundays from 1-4PM and by appointment as well in certain communities.

How do the care-free living services work?
For a low monthly-fee, the Homeowners Association handles lawn mowing, mulching, fertilization, and snow removal. The Board for the HOA will be made up of the homeowners once the Builder turns the Association over to the residents. A Management Company is contracted for all communities.

Do you have financing? What type of financing do I need?
We do not have our own lender. We do recommend some very strong lenders with competitive rates and closing costs. You do not need a construction loan. You will be able to apply for an end loan. The payments do not begin until the home is completed.

How long does the building process typically take?
The typical process takes anywhere from 5 to 6 months. It's a collaborative process, so we work with you throughout the entire process and you'll be up to date with the status of your new home!

What are the estimated taxes?
Each community has a different tax base. If you'd like to speak more regarding an individual community and its associated tax, please Contact Us so we're able to provide you with a projected number based on the city's tax base.

Do you accept contingencies upon my home selling?
We do not accept contingencies. The builder cannot base your closing upon the sale of your existing home.

We have copies ready for you. We ask that you read the documents and if you have any questions, we're happy to sit down and review the documents. We do not want you to move forward if you don't fully understand the HOA regulations. Please Contact Us if you have further questions.
